Highest Partnerships For Any Wicket (Tests)

The biggest Test partnership of all time. Mahela Jayawardene and Kumar Sangakkara shattered the record set by their countrymen’s  (Sanath Jayasuriya and Roshan Mahanama’s 576 against India in 1997) when they smashed 624 runs for the 3rd wicket against South Africa in Colombo. So far it is the highest partnership for any wicket.
