Team India got to blistering start to the England Tour. In the first match of the three-match T-20 series, Chinaman bowler Kuldeep Yadav of the hosts team took 5 wickets and recorded his name. This was his best bowling (5/24) of his career. Kuldeep and Dhoni’s pair made some interesting records in this match.

In the Old Trafford, Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Kuldeep Yadav, who is playing in his 11th T20 International match, the duo showed good team work. In fact, Kuldeep took two wickets on two consecutive balls in the 14th over. On third ball he picked wicket of Jonny Bairstow (0) and on the next i.e. 4th ball he picked wicket of Joe Root (0). Interestingly Dhoni did the stumping of both of the players.

Along with this, Kuldeep Yadav became the first bowler to have two batsmen stumped on two consecutive balls in Team-20 International and he also become the Player of the match by picking up 5 wickets. Dhoni also made a big breakthrough with two stumping’s in Kuldeep’s over. Now he has become the wicket-keeper with most stumping’s in T-20 International matches. Dhoni broke the record of Pakistani wicket-keeper Kamran Akmal (32 stump) with his 33rd stumping’s.

Former Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni is also on top behind the wicket in T-20 International, with most catches+stumping’s. So far, he has 82 victims (49 + 33). Kamran Akmal (60 victims) second and Mohammed Shahzad (54 victims) are at number three.

Before this team India opted to bowl first and reduced the England side on 159/8 in 20 overs have won the series 1-0 in the first match of the 3 T-20 series by defeating England by 8 wickets. Chasing the modest target of 160 runs, KL Rahul scored a dazzling 101 off 54 balls driving India to an 8-wicket win over England in the first T20I at Old Trafford on Wednesday. KL Rahul scored his second T20I hundred, Rahul dismantled English bowling attack all over the park hitting 10 boundaries and 5 sixes.
