Team India Announced for ICC Champions Trophy 2017; Rohit Sharma and Mohammed Shami makes come back. No Place for Gautam Gambhir…!

The team India for ICC Champions Trophy 2017 is announced today. BCCI took a long time to announce the team; as all other countries have announced their respective teams before the dead line i.e. 25 April 2017 for the ICC Champions Trophy 2017.

Mohammed Shami and Rohit Sharma makes come back after injuries.  Rohit Sharma played last ODI on 29 Oct, 2016 against New Zealand and scored 70 runs in that match While Mohammed Shami played semi final of ICC World Cup 2015 and was not able to pick a single wicket since then he is out of game because of serious knee injury. Manish Pandey’s current IPL-10 form helped him to enter the squad he had made 345 runs in 12 matches and helped his team to enter the play offs. Alltough there are talks on Gautam Gambhir and Rishabh Pant not selected in the squad despite of good performance.
