Rohit Sharma has an incredible talent to convert hundreds into big scores and  done seven times in his career so far including three double hundreds in ODIs

Rohit scored a career-best 150-plus for the seventh time in the fourth ODI against the West Indies. He is the world’s first cricketer to do this and also the second cricketer to score two 150+ scorer twice in the series after Hamilton Mascadja of Zimbabwe who scored more than 150 runs twice in the same ODI series.  In October 2009, he played 156 and 178 * runs knock at Harare in the home series against Kenya.

Sachin Tendulkar and Australia’s David Warner are second in terms of scores of 150+ runs in ODIs. Tendulkar and Warner have scored 150+ runs 5-5 times.

Sri Lankan Sanath Jayasuriya, West Indian Chris Gayle, South Africa’s Hashim Amla and Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli have made more than 150 runs in ODIs 4-4 times.

Rohit Sharma has also scored 150+ runs in the Guwahati ODI

Rohit had scored 152 in 117 balls in the first ODI in Guwahati in the series against the West Indies. In that match he hit 15 fours and 8 sixes while in 4^th ODI, Rohit scored 162 runs from 137 balls he faced with the help of 20 boundaries and 4 sixes during his innings.

Rohit Sharma left behind Sachin Tendulkar in Terms of hitting sixes

Hitman has broken Sachin Tendulkar record of hitting most sixes in ODIs. He has hit 198 sixes in the 192^nd match while Sachin has hit 195 sixes in his career of 463 ODIs he played. Mahendra Singh Dhoni is the most successful Indian in ODIs in terms of hitting most sixes for India, he has 218 sixes in 331 ODIs.

Rohit’s 21st ODI century

Rohit Sharma scored 21st century of his career in ODIs and he equaled the Herschelle Gibbs of South Africa’s record of 21 centuries. Apart from Rohit, only Sachin Tendulkar (49 centuries), Virat Kohli (38) and Sourav Ganguly (22) are among the Indian cricketers.

Rohit Sharma also completed 1000 runs against West Indies

Rohit became India’s fifth player to score 1,000 ODI runs against the West Indies. Before him, Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Kohli and Sourav Ganguly have done this in their names. Rohit has 1593 against Australia and 1562 runs against Sri Lanka.

Rohit-Dhawan breaks Sachin-Sehwag record

In this match, Rohit and Shikhar Dhawan shared a 71-run opening partnership for India. This is also the best partnership between these two Indian Openers in this series. In this match, Rohit and Dhawan broke the records of Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag record as an opener.
