IPL 2019: CSK vs MI Rivalry Continues

CSK have won all three matches of the tournament in three consecutive games while MI have won one and lost two thus far. If CSK have to make it four out of four, they need to deal with MI’s death over specialist pacer Jasprit Bumrah, who has bowled brilliantly so far early in the tournament.

Skipper of CSK Mahendra Singh Dhoni don’t have the best record against the MI pace bowler Jasprit Bumrah

Bumrah has bowled 35 deliveries to Dhoni in the past matches and the CSK skipper has managed to score just 38 runs off him and Bumrah has dismissed Dhoni thrice in the IPL, the most by any current MI bowler. Sri Lanka pacer Lasith Malinga stands at the second spot with two wickets.

In Chennai’s last game against Rajasthan Royals, Skipper MS Dhoni score unbeaten 75* runs and smashed four boundaries and sixes each. He was also named the man of the match for his exploits in the game.

But looking at current sublime form of skipper MS Dhoni it want be an easy task for Bumrah to bowl him out quite easily. But all in all, it will be a great contest to watch.
