Australia defeated SA by 7 wickets in 3rd Test (day night)

3rd Test [Day Night]: Australia v South Africa at Adelaide,24-27 November, 2016

Day 4: South Africa started the day on 194/6 but lost the De Qock soon on just 5 runs lbw by Bird and that started the fall of wickets and South Africa got all out on 250 runs. Starc picked 4/80, Lyan 3/60 Australia got the target of 127 runs.

In response Australia got to flying start as David Warner hit 47 of just 51 balls before getting run out He had  opening partnership of 64 runs with Matt Renshaw who was not out on 34*. Usman Khwaja the centurion i first innings got out on duck this time.

Then skipper Smith and Matt Renshaw added 61 runs on the board. Steve Smith was caught behind for 40 off Kyle Abbott with two runs to win. Debut-ant Peter Handscomb hit the winning run to finish one not out. Australia recoiled to a seven-wicket win above South Africa to end a sprint of five Test crushs in the day-night third Test in Adelaide on Sunday.

The Australians, revived by five team changes in response to two embarrassing defeats to the Proteas to lose the series, hunted down 127 runs for victory after dismissing the tourists for 250 on the fourth day of the pink-ball Test.
