Zimbabwe won the toss and elected to bat first and went on to make 257/10 in 50 overs. Ervin 92 and Sikandar Raja 77 both had a partnership of 144 runs which took the team score to defandable total. West Indies not get the best of the start as they loss there first 2 wickets under 60 runs but Shai Hope playing his 2^nd ODI hit his maiden one-day international century as Hope and Brathwaite  had 162 runs partnership for 3^rd wicket. With Hope scoring 101 runs West Indies were well on track to overhaul the hosts’ 257 all out, until his dismissal flickered a delayed crumple.The visitors went into the final over requiring just 4 runs to win off seamer Donald Tiripano, but lost three wickets — two of them to run-outs — to finish on 257 for eight. West Indies could only stumble to a theatrical tie in a triangular series collide with Zimbabwe in Bulawayo on Saturday.
