Indian women are put into bat first by the Bangladesh women in an opening game. India got to flying start and had a opening partnership of 70 runs Mithali Raj 49* and Smriti Mandhana 41 runs of 32 balls put India in to commanding position and they were able to post good total of 118/6 on the board. In response Bangladesh was bunched out for a miserable 54 all out. Poonam Yadav took 3 wickets to diminish Bangladesh while pacer Jhulan Goswami and Anuja Patil took 2 wickets apiece.

Pakistan Women defeated Nepal Women’s by 9 wickets

Nepal women won the toss and elected to bat first, but they don’t get the start they want as the whole team was bundled to just 47 runs. Anam Amin, Sara Mir and Sadia Yousaf took 2 wickets apiece. In reply Pakistan achieved the target in 10th over only with 9 wickets in hand.
